The Norwegian listed company House of Control Group AS, specialized in the development of software as a service (SaaS) solutions, has acquired Egreement AB, one of Sweden's leading companies in the digitization of agreement processes. The acquisition complements House of Control´s solutions as to, among others, contract management, authorization, procurement, and supplier communication. The acquisition is in line with House of Control´s growth strategy, which aims to combine a strong organic growth and attractive acquisitions.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to House of Control Group AS on the Swedish elements of the transaction. Lindahl’s team consisted mainly of Moritz Veller, Edvard Gustafsson, Joakim Lundin, Lisa Liljekvist, Asta Schulz and Fredrik Gillgren.
