Lindahl acted as a legal advisor to Strandberg Guitars on Procuritas’ investment in the company.
Strandberg Guitars was founded in Uppsala in 2012 by Ola Strandberg with the aim of developing a high-performance guitar for modern guitarists. Strandberg Guitars has since grown rapidly and established itself as a strong global brand of headless guitars. It has revolutionised the industry with its leading position in terms of expertise and solid innovative basis. Procuritas will support the company’s future upscaling through a number of identified growth initiatives aimed at further strengthening Strandberg Guitars’ position as the first choice for modern guitarists globally.
