Lindahl has advised Springlake & Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Maskin Väst AB.
Maskin Väst is a leading machine supplier of agricultural, forestry and construction machinery in Central Sweden, with a turnover of just over SEK 400 million. Springlake & Partners is an investment company that works in the field of acquisitions and long-term development of companies primarily within industrial trade and certain service sectors.
The former partners in Maskin Väst will remain as minority owners and will continue to work in their previous roles at the company in order to continue to develop and strengthen Maskin Väst's customer offering and competitiveness on the market together with Springlake & Partners.
Lindahl's team comprised Mikael Smedeby (senior partner), Andreas Mellberg, Erik Vikström, Erika Svensson and Elsa Malmqvist.
