Lindahl has advised Trainimal AB in connection with the company’s share issue and listing on NGM Nordic SME.
In connection with the listing, Trainimal AB has carried out a share issue of 469,562 shares to the public and institutional investors. Through the issue, the company receives approximately SEK 15.5 million before the deduction of issue costs. The trading on NGM Nordic SME is expected to begin on April 16, 2021.
Trainimal provides personalized training and dietary advice digitally through proprietary smart technology. The company's most famous product is MammaFitness, which is created by the well-known training profile Olga Rönnberg.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Trainimal AB in connection with the share issue and the listing. Lindahl’s team consisted of Monica Lagercrantz (responsible partner) and Edvard Gustafsson.
