Svenska Hus has transferred five rental properties in Landskrona containing a total of 37 residential apartments with a lettable area of approximately 2,800 sqm. The deal was implemented as a company transfer after intra-group packages. Access took place on 1st March 2021.
Following the sale, Svenska Hus also has a major presence in Landskrona involving 34 properties with a total area of approximately 84,000 square metres. The sale is part of Svenska Hus's development plans in Landskrona, where the company is interested in acquiring additional residential and commercial properties.
