Lindahl acted as legal adviser to IDL Biotech AB in connection with the public takeover bid from AroCell AB (publ) to the shareholders in IDL regarding the transfer of all shares in IDL to AroCell.
The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 237 million. The offer was announced on May 10, 2021 and the acceptance period for the offer is expected take place between June 5 and June 28, 2021.
Redeye AB is acting as financial adviser and Advokatfirman Lindahl KB is acting as legal adviser in connection with the offering.
