Byggfakta has acquired all shares in Lokalförlaget i Göteborg AB and Magasinet Fastighetssverige AB, which includes the well-known websites Fastighetssverige.se, Nordicpropertynews.com and Lokalnytt.se.
Both companies are based in Gothenburg, and together form a leading media channel within the commercial construction and property sector. The business publishes niche digital news, arranges conferences and operates a leading digital marketplace aimed at the commercial property industry.
Lindahl has advised the seller through Olof Nyström (senior partner/M&A), Maximilian Hansson Wallenberg (M&A), Filip Malm (employment law) and Josefin Andersson (GDPR).
