Lindahl has advised Trinit AB in the sale of 70% of the shares in KeyPlants AB to Masco Group. The current management will continue to hold 30% of the shares in the company.
Masco Group is a supplier of integrated solutions and a partner to some of the leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The company, which is headquartered in Milan, Italy, has production facilities and subsidiaries in Europe, America and Asia.
KeyPlants is a global leader in modular facility solutions for the life science industry. The company, which is headquartered in Stockholm, has a fully integrated supply chain with more than 45 years of experience in project engineering, production and delivery. Over the years, the company has supplied more than 3,500 high-specification modules to at least 30 countries worldwide.
The new partnership will strengthen Masco Group by combining the group's leading knowledge in cleaning utilities and process technologies with KeyPlant's expertise and innovative thinking in modular facility solutions.
