Lindahl has advised Ombori Apps AB in a directed share issue of SEK 60 million. The investment round was targeted at professional investors and was heavily oversubscribed.
Ombori Apps AB provides the service Ombori Grid – a platform for digital experiences in public environments. Today, the Ombori Grid provides ready to use solutions for digital screens and mobile devices in-store, but thanks to the platform’s re-usable architecture, it can quickly be rebuilt into something completely new. The Ombori Grid is a result of a close collaboration between Ombori Apps AB, Microsoft and Ombori Apps AB’s clients.
Lindahl has been legal adviser and Redeye AB financial adviser to Ombori Apps AB in the share issue. Lindahl’s team has consisted of Mikael Mellberg, Alexandra Niemelä Ingvarsson, Victor Carlsson and Maximilian Hansson Wallenberg.
