Lindahl has acted as an advisor to Dacke Industri in the acquisition of all the shares in LIMAB AB. The acquisition is fully in line with Dacke Industri’s ambition to grow with companies that focus on their own products as well as customised components and systems. The purpose of the acquisition is to continue to build a more profitable and sustainable LIMAB. The current management and owners will stay on and continue to contribute to the business.
LIMAB develops, manufactures and markets laser-based sensors and systems for measuring dimensions and defects in the industry. LIMAB currently focuses on four business areas: the metal industry, the building materials industry, the wood industry and road profiling – where in many cases their unique solutions make them world leaders.
As an owner, Dacke Industri has a long-term mindset and invests in innovative technology companies with a focus on customised components and systems. Dacke Industri is typically the sole or majority owner of the companies it acquires, as this is how it can best apply its long-term focus.
Lindahl’s team has consisted of Svante Liljedahl, Axel Hedberg, Vanessa Tellenmark, Olivia Sandin and Lukas Jönsson.
