Lindahl has advised Dacke Industri on its acquisition of 71.5% of the shares in the Finnish company Exertus Oy. The current management and owners will continue to own 28.5% of the shares in the company.
Exertus specialises in control systems based on CAN bus solutions and offers an innovative range of hardware, software, application development, and related services for mobile machine segments. The company was founded in 2003 in Seinäjoki, Finland, and currently has 38 experienced and committed employees.
Dacke Industri, owned by Nordstjernan, is an investment company that makes long-term investments in innovative technology companies.
The acquisition of Exertus is completely in line with Dacke Industri’s aim to grow with companies that are focused on their own products and on customised components and systems.
