The real estate company Klarabo Sverige has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading was 2 December 2021. The price in the offer was SEK 35 per Class B share, corresponding to a value of all shares in KlaraBo after the offer of approximately SEK 4.5 billion. The interest in the offer has been very great from institutional investors in Sweden and abroad as well as from the public in Sweden, and the offer was strongly oversubscribed.
Klarabo is a real estate company that owns, builds and actively manages attractive housing in Sweden for long-term ownership. The business concept of the company is to, in regions with population growth and a strong labour market, manage and acquire residential properties, preferably with rental potential through value-adding renovations, as well as land for new production of environmentally certified, cost-effective and self-developed homes in wooden construction.
Klarabo was founded in 2017 in Malmö. The property portfolio, with a market value of approximately SEK 7.4 billion as of September 20 2021, consists of investment properties with stable rental income as well as land and building rights for new production.
Lindahl was legal advisor to KlaraBo in connection with the company's listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. Lindahl's team consisted primarily of Carl-Johan Krusell, Anders Adielsson, Ellen Frisk, Viktor Friberg and Pontus Söderberg. In addition, several other employees have contributed their expertise in various parts of the project.
