Lindahl has advised Godsinlösen Nordic AB in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. In connection with the listing, a new share issue was made that provided the company with approximately SEK 93 million before issue costs. The first day of trading was 7 July 2021.
Godsinlösen Nordic is active in the circular economy field and delivers complete solutions for handling returns and complaints to e-retailers, producers and distributors.
Lindahl’s team consisted primarily of Carl-Johan Krusell, André Persson and Staffan Brandt. In addition, several other employees have contributed their expertise in various parts of the project.
