Lindahl has advised ICA Fastigheter on the sale of three retail properties to Cibus Nordic Real Estate. The rental area of the properties amounts to approximately 3,400 square metres. The three retail properties include ICA Nära Kronhallen in Karlskoga, ICA Nära Soltunet in Nora and ICA Supermarket Centrum in Örnsköldsvik.
Lindahl has assisted ICA Fastigheter with a team led by Andreas Mellberg together with Jonas Lenhammar and Erik Vikström.
