Lindahl has advised the Norwegian listed IT company Carasent ASA on its acquisition of all the shares in Metodika AB.
Metodika is a leading provider of Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) medical solutions to private hospitals and clinics in ten European countries. The company’s EPM software streamlines information management and aims to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the clinics where it is used.
The acquisition gives Carasent access to new European markets, broadens its product range and enables the company to support its customers in a new sub-segment.
