Lindahl has acted as an advisor to the IoT company Sensative, as it raises EUR 2.8 million in an investment round led by the Belgian venture capital firm Aconterra Fund. The Lund-based company will now accelerate both sales of its Yggio platform and the development of new sensors.
Sensative’s previous investors also took part in the rights issue, including Nicolas Hassbjer, who founded, among others, HMS Networks. Aconterra’s Ron Schuermans and Nicolas Hassbjer join the Lund-based company’s board of directors following the issue.
Sensative develops IoT sensors for smart homes, properties and cities. The company’s flagship is Yggio, a platform that can connect sensors and connected controllers from different manufacturers with applications as well as services from other companies. The new capital will be targeted primarily at increasing sales of the platform in Europe and stepping up sensor manufacturing.
Aconterra intends to build an ecosystem of IoT companies. It has extremely long-term ambitions with an industrial focus, using its investments to create synergies and a network that boosts growth and expansion.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Nils Lundgren, Svante Liljedahl and Vanessa Tellenmark.
