KitchenTime has one of the largest online kitchen product sales platforms in the Nordic region. The company has an annual turnover of SEK 340 million and 50 employees. Confident Living, a furniture and home furnishing concept, is also part of the company.
Bergendahls is one of Sweden’s largest family-owned group, with subsidiaries in the areas of non-durable consumables, supermarkets, home furnishings and fashion, and stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Finland. Among other things, Bergendahls operates the retail chains City Gross, EKO Supermarkets, Glitter and Granite.
Bergendahls is now becoming the owner of 53% of the e-commerce company KitchenTime AB in a deal that involves a combination of share acquisitions and new share issues.
Lindahl has served as an advisor to KitchenTime. Lindahl’s team consisted of Mikael Smedeby, Erika Svensson and Andreas Mellberg.
