KlaraBo Sverige AB is acquiring 273 rented flats in central Gävle and in Skokloster in Håbo Municipality. The seller is Rutger Arnhult, through companies that also become shareholders in KlaraBo. The portfolio consists of residential properties and together comprises approximately 20,000 sqm of lettable area.
All the acquired homes are rented out and will become part of KlaraBo’s existing management organisation. The properties fit well into KlaraBo’s value-creating management approach, which includes upgrade measures for the homes. The takeover took place on 30 June.
During the second quarter of 2021, KlaraBo has grown significantly and now has a property portfolio of over 5,300 flats and another 1,100 flats in its project portfolio for new construction. KlaraBo has a property value approaching SEK 7 billion.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Anders Adielsson, Fredrik Heldqvist, Andreas Lindh and Pontus Söderberg.
