Signature Fastigheter has acquired eight residential properties in central Landskrona with a total lettable area of approximately 6,036 square metres, divided into 84 flats. The transaction is being carried out in company form based on an underlying property value of SEK 105 million. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 6.8 million per year, with an estimated net operating income of SEK 4.3 million.
It will be possible to apply standard elevation models for flat renovations in the properties, as well as to densify them through the construction of attic flats.
The properties will be taken over in the third quarter of 2021 and the transaction is conditional on financing.
