Arwidsro has acquired Rondellen’s Retail Area in Staffanstorp from MIMS Invest. The acquisition comprises approximately 29,100 sqm. of leasable floorage with a property value of SEK 307 million and a rental value of SEK 27.4 million. Arwidsro took possession of the property on 22 December 2020.
Rondellen’s Retail Area comprises modern retail companies keenly focused on health, supermarkets and food with tenants such as Willys, Plantagen, Dollarstore, STC Training Club and Padel Center.
Lindahl’s team comprised Anders Adielsson, Andreas Lindh, Viktor Friberg and André Persson.
