Lindahl has represented shareholders in the sale of financial technology company Algorithmica to specialist consultancy firm FCG.
FCG is a leading expert in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), with the stated ambition of becoming Europe’s leading consultancy in the field. The acquisition of Algorithmica is one step in this growth strategy. International risk capital company Bridgepoint Capital is a partner in FCG.
Algorithmica has been providing technology and analysis tools to the finance sector for the past 26 years, specialising in quantitative finance and software development. The company has a number of high-end customers, typically major banks and fund companies. FCG is now looking to package technical solutions in its more scaled-down service models, making them a better fit for medium-sized banks and fund companies.
Lindahl’s team, which is led by partner Henrik Nobel (private M&A), consists of Nicklas Bexelius (private M&A), Gustav Ahlgren (private M&A), Lisa Liljeqvist (IP/Commercial), Anna Romell Stenmark (tax) och Therese Norenäs (tax).
