Lindahl has represented Sandins Group AB in the sale of its shares in the subsidiaries Sandins Entreprenad AB and Sandins Rail AB (“Sandins”) to Anläggning & Kabel Entreprenad i Malmö AB, which is part of Eleda Group. Sandins carries out cable and fibre excavation and other civil works and acts as a subcontractor to the rail transportation sector.
