K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) has earlier announced that K2A has issued a SEK 400,000,000 senior unsecured green bonds under its SEK 750,000,000 framework agreement with a duration of 3 years.
In accordance with the terms & conditions of the bonds, K2A has undertaken to apply for and to list the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Bond Market for sustainable bonds. For that purpose K2A has issued a prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The first day of trading of the Bonds are on 16 October 2020.
