K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) (“K2A”) has issued SEK 400,000,000 senior unsecured green bonds under its SEK 750,000,000 framework agreement with a duration of 3 years. The issue was oversubscribed more than three times. K2A intends to list the green bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Bond Market for sustainable bonds.
Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as joint arrangers and bookrunners.
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted legal adviser to K2A in connection with the issue of the green bonds. From Lindahl participated Sten Gejrot, Ellen Frisk, Pontus Söderberg and Ida Andersson.
