Lindahl has assisted Netadmin Systems, which is part of a group of companies under Volaris Group, in the acquisition of Symbrio AB.
Volaris Group is a global actor which acquires and develops market-leading software companies within selected industries.
Symbrio AB was founded in 2000 and offers products and services related to purchasing and invoicing to customers mainly within the construction and installation industry.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Alexandra Niemelä Ingvarsson, Emanuel Wallin, Filip Malm, Maximilian Hansson Wallenberg and Victor Carlsson.
