Lindahl has advised EQT and Recover Nordic in the acquisition of MISAB Gruppen. The acquisition strengthens Recover’s presence within damage control services in Mälardalen in Sweden.
MISAB Gruppen was established in 1992, is divided into eight companies and has a yearly turnover of approximately MSEK 150. MISAB has offices on three different locations in Sweden.
