Lindahl has advised Cibes Lift Group in the acquisition of the British company Titan Elevators. Cibes Lift Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of space efficient lifts and by acquiring Titan Elevators Cibes Lift Group strengthens its presence in the strategically important London area and expands the UK business to include lift modernisation and high-speed lifts.
Titan Elevators employs around 60 people and offers personalised services in lift repair, modernization and maintenance. Titan Elevators also provides a wide range of bespoke and standardised lift solutions for various applications and is renowned for its bespoke solutions in the luxury segment of the high-speed lift market.
Lindahl has advised Cibes Lift Group in the transaction together with the English law firm RPC.
