Lindahl has provided legal advice to Dacke Industri regarding the acquisition of all shares in LGL Construction AB.
LGL is a structural engineering company that creates complete steel structure solutions from design to manufacture and installation for industrial, logistics, retail and warehouse interiors. LGL’s main markets are in Sweden and Norway. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million and employs 43 people in Smålandsstenar, where the company is based.
Dacke Industri has good experience of LGL’s business sector and values the company’s working methods and deep, long-term relationships with its customers. LGL Construction’s existing management team will continue in their roles with Fredrik Holmqvist as CEO. Management will continue working to strengthen the company’s position as a complete supplier of steel construction solutions.
