Lindahl assists ISR Immune System Regulation Holding in a targeted new share issue worth MSEK 5

Lindahl is acting as legal advisor as ISR carries out a targeted new share issue involving Arastoupour & Persson Invest AB, a company that is partly owned by Leif GW Persson. The issue will provide ISR with MSEK 5 before issue expenses.

ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB is an innovation-driven research company within the area of immunotherapy. It is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market and is based at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

Lindahl acted as legal advisor to ISR for the new share issue and the team consisted of Monica Lagercrantz (responsible partner), Ola Svanberg and Jenny Strandberg.
