Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Bengtsson Trädgård Invest AB in connection with its divestment of all shares in Bengtssons Trädgårdsanläggningar Aktiebolag to Green Landscaping Group AB (publ). The purchase price consists of a cash component and newly issued shares in Green Landscaping Group. Bengtssons Trädgårdsanläggningar has since 1985 been operating with focus on landscaping and garden facilities in the Malmö region. The company delivers quality contracts to mainly municipalities and housing companies. The purchaser, Green Landscaping Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is Sweden's leading company in the landscaping and maintenance of outdoor environments.
The main members of Lindahl's team were Carl-Johan Krusell, Annika Brandt and Johanna Svensson.
