Lindahl has assisted Goodfellows Ventures AB, Jerker Levin (CEO, Lagerhaus) and the Yngvesson family in the acquisition of Lagerhaus from the Axel Johnson Group.
The interior design chain Lagerhaus currently has 45 stores in Sweden and Norway and an e-commerce business that also covers the Finnish and Danish markets. During 2020, the company grew rapidly in an otherwise struggling retail market.
Lindahl assisted the buyers through Olof Nyström.
