Lindahl is providing legal advice to Bredband2 i Scandinavia AB (plc) in connection with its public takeover bid for shareholders of A3 Allmänna IT – Telekomaktiebolaget (plc) to transfer all A3 shares to Bredband2.
The total value of the bid is roughly SEK 621 million.
Lindahl’s main team was made up of Ola Svanberg, Dennis Westermark, Monica Lagercrantz, Jenny Strandberg and Gustav Ahlgren.
