Lindahl acted as an advisor when Arcos Hydraulik acquired all the shares in PMP Arcos OY. Arcos Hydraulik AB and PMP Arcos OY have had a successful business relationship for many years and the acquisition is a natural next step. PMP Arcos OY’s previous owner Ilkka Eivola will continue to work in the company as responsible for sales, which will ensure and further strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Arcos Hydraulik develops, manufactures and renovates hydraulic cylinders, systems and special products for customers in industry, energy and marine in northern Europe. PMP Arcos OY develops and sells oscillators and other special products primarily for the pulp and paper industry in the global market.
