Lindahl has acted as advisor to LudvikaHem AB on the sale of three real estate properties to Holmsund Invest AB. The consideration for the purchase of the properties totals SEK 205 million.
As the municipal district of Ludvika continues to expand, there is a need for an increased number of attractive residential properties as well as investment in existing stock. The sale of the selected properties allows greater scope for guarantees and loans for LudvikaHem AB's investments in the future.
