Lindahl advisor to Dicot AB in a share issue raising approx. 21,8 MSEK

Dicot AB, a pharmaceutical company that develops and manufactures medicines for the treatment of sexual dysfunctions, has carried out a rights issue through which the company raises 21,8 MSEK before issue costs.

Lindahl's team was led by Mattias Prage (responsible partner) with the assistance of Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff and Amanda Sjöberg.
