Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to the vendor in the sale of Starka Betongindustrier KB’s operations relating to paving products and water & wastewater to Benders Sverige AB, completing on 1 October 2020. These operations include the two production units in Södra Sandby and Strängnäs, both of which will continue to operate as part of Benders.
The deal sees Benders expanding its already extensive range of paving products, while at the same time complementing its range with concrete products within water & wastewater. Starka will be focusing future operations on its successful business in precast concrete and retaining walls.
The main members of Lindahl’s team were Johan Tollgerdt, Carl-Johan Krusell and Viktor Friberg.
