Lindahl was an advisor to Pronordic in connection with Västra Hamnen Holding’s acquisition of three properties in Västra Hamnen (Håstaholmen) in Hudiksvall. The properties consist of approximately 30,000 m2 of rented premises and approximately 250,000 m2 of land.
The intention is, in cooperation with the municipality of Hudiksvall, to adopt a new zoning plan for the area that allows construction for housing, premises, care facilities, a preschool, a school, and sport and green areas. The ultimate aim is to build 1,200 homes and create 1,000 new jobs in the area.
