GDL is one of Sweden’s leading companies in transport, machinery and logistics services. GDL’s history dates back to 1735, and the company is now represented in a total of 20 locations around Sweden. It has a turnover of SEK 3.4 billion. Its head office is located in Helsingborg. In autumn 2019, GDL completed a new modern logistics facility of approximately 4,000 m2 at the Bråtebäcken industrial area outside Karlstad. In February 2020, GDL sold the logistics facility to a company within the Ilija Batljan Invest group. GDL now leases the entire logistics facility under a long-term lease.
