Brinova Fastigheter AB has raised approximately MSEK 173 through a targeted share issue of 7,231,344 class B shares.
Brinova is a property company that develops and manages primarily residential and community properties in selected locations with good communications in southern Sweden. Brinova’s class B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and is traded on the Small Cap list.
ABG Sundal Collier AB has acted as sole bookrunner, with Advokatfirman Lindahl acting as legal advisor. Lindahl’s team consisted of Johan Tollgerdt, Carl-Johan Krusell and Axel Strandborg.
