Lindahl has assisted ProNordic with the sale of a newly-built care home in central Gävle to Nordiska Vårdhem (Northern Horizon’s care home real estate fund).
This new care home for the elderly comprising 102 apartments with modern facilities has a special focus on Culture & Entertainment and Sports & Spa. The building's total gross floor area of 8,300 square metres is divided into six floors and a parking garage. The care home was completed in April 2020 and the building is certified as compliant with environmental standards.
The care home is part of ProNordic’s development scheme along the street “Muréngatan” in Gävle’s city centre.
