Lindahl has represented the owner of Berneco Transport AB (“Berneco”) in the sale of its shares in Berneco to Tempcon Group. Berneco is a specialist in temperature-controlled transportation to and from the Benelux countries.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Johan Karlefors and Isabelle Selemba.
