Lindahl assisted the Bergkvist family in connection with its sale of the Bergkvist-Insjön sawmill group to the ESSVP IV fund (with Orlando Nordics AB as advisor) and its portfolio company Dilasso Timber AB (publ). The Bergkvist family, which has owned Bergkvist-Insjön AB for four generations, remains a partner, and will, together with Siljan Group AB, form the Bergkvist-Siljan sawmill group, with production in Insjön, Mora and Blyberg. The Bergkvist-Insjön group has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion, while Siljan Group AB has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.4 billion.
Lindahl assisted the sellers through Gabriel Svedberg (responsible partner), Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff, Helena Lindbäck, Anna Romell Stenmark and Erik Husdal.
