Nyfosa has signed an agreement with, among others, Skånska Industrifastigheter to acquire a property portfolio of nine properties in Malmö at an underlying property value of MSEK 695. The properties cover an area of approximately 37,800 square metres and are located in Malmö.
Lindahl has assisted the sellers in the transaction. Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Johan Tollgerdt, Andreas Lindh and Sanna Hanspers.
