Lindahl has acted as an advisor to Miss Group in the acquisition of Ballou, a Swedish cloud services and hosting solutions company. With a turnover of EUR 2.5 million and 22 years in the cloud services and hosting solutions industry, Ballou is a well-established company with a strong brand in the Nordic region. The deal is part of Miss Group’s campaign to grow and expand into new markets. The acquisition of Ballou will bring an additional 13,000 customers to the group.
