Lindahl acted as advisor when K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) signed an agreement to acquire 30% of all the shares in Genova Hold 23 AB from Genova Viby AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genova Property Group. The transaction is based on an underlying property value of MSEK 325.
K2A is a property company that focuses on all types of residential rental housing. They started in 2013 and their business concept is to own, develop and manage rental apartments and community properties in Stockholm and Mälardalen, as well as in a number of university and college towns in Sweden.
