Lindahl advises the owners of Trellegräv Aktiebolag when divesting the majority of the shares to Storskogen 3 Invest AB. Two of the sellers keep minority holdings in the company in order to develop Trellegräv together with Storskogen.
Trellegräv is a significant actor in the Swedish heavy demolition industry and in addition to demolition, Trellegräv and its subsidary also perform assignments in sheet piling (construction of support structures in the ground). The company’s customers are primarily large construction and real estate companies, municipally-owned undertakings and companies in infrastructure. Trellegräv today has around fifty employees and the turnover in 2018 amounted to 180 million SEK.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to the sellers and the team consisted of Staffan Brandt (responsible partner), Annika Brandt, Staffan Seger, Henrik Nilsson, Axel Strandborg and Linda Backman. Livingstone has acted as financial advisor.
