Lindahl assisted the lift manufacturer Cibes Lift Group in its acquisition of Hiss i Skåne AB, a company with operations in lift servicing, modernisation and installation. Cibes Lift Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of low-speed lifts and the acquisition of Hiss i Skåne strengthens the position of Cibes in the region.
Hiss i Skåne has its office in Malmö and has quickly grown into the largest privately owned lift company in the area. The company currently has close to 30 employees and will become a wholly owned company within Cibes Lift Group.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Mårten Steen (responsible partner), Patrik Rindstål, Emira Peterson, Olov Kling and Therese Norenäs.
