Lindahl assisted the sellers in the sale of the majority of the shares in StruSoft AB, including subsidiaries, to Vind AS. StruSoft AB is a leading supplier of software for structural analysis, design and process management and offers highly specialised software tools, in particular for construction companies, engineering firms and consulting companies. StruSoft had a turnover of MSEK 83 in 2018 and has around 120 employees in the Nordic countries, Hungary, India, the Philippines and the UK.
