Lindahl acted as legal advisor to the owner of Addedo AB as investment company Röko AB acquires an ownership interest in Addedo. Persons working in an operational capacity will continue to hold a significant ownership interest in Addedo.
Addedo is an application consultant company with offices in Malmö and Stockholm which primarily seeks to strengthen processes and provide support systems for financial reporting, planning and analysis to its customers. In 2018, Addedo recorded revenue of SEK 97 million and at present the company employs around 45 people.
Röko is a new investment company which invests long-term in profitable, small and mid-sized European businesses. Röko has the financial strength to support ongoing growth and provides Addedo with the opportunity to work with experienced individuals with strong networks and genuine understanding of the CFO’s work and future challenges.
PwC was the financial advisor to the owner of Addedo in connection with the transaction.
