Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to ChromoGenics AB (publ) at a recently completed rights issue. In total, the company will receive approximately MSEK 77.7 before issue costs and thereby securing financing for the company's investment in continued expansion.
ChromoGenics is based in Uppsala and produces glass with controllable heat and light input. The company's technology ConverLight® shields the sun and automatically or manually adjusts to daylight and solar radiation, which contributes to reduced energy consumption and reduced environmental impact.
